I was invited to join 2 good friends to a Highland Park Winter BBQ fest on the 28th of January 2024 where we enjoyed quite some good food, cocktails and of course Highland Park! balanced, subtle smoke, red fruit, quite lovely

C: Golden amber N: Sherry, pear, nutty, banana, cereal P: Sweet, sour, lemon zest. After adding a little water I get some chocolate and cherry on the palate F: Astringent, grippy, sour, slightly smoky. Short to medium length. Bottled at 43% ABV. Natural color. No info about non chill filtered leads me to believe it likely is chill filtered. Mine is the 2021 batch.

A really good and enjoyable whisky, there is a reason why this is a legend. Mine was 2020 batch.
